The AACT Board, Committees, and Task Forces will meet in San Antonio, TX for the AACT Winter Meetings 2018. Most meetings are open. Contact the AACT Office for more details.
Hotel
Room Rate: $140 plus tax, for single or double occupancy. Rate includes Full Breakfast, Evening Reception, and Free Wi-Fi.
Parking: AACT hotel guests will recieve discounted valet parking at $15+tax per night.

Schedule & Reports
Meetings will be at the hotel. Meeting schedule and reports can be found online at - https://www.aact.org/board-committee-documents. Reports will be available after Jan 19, 2018.
Theatre Board Outing
We are also planning to attend a performance of Bless Me, Ultima at the Classic Theatre in San Antonio on Friday evening, February 23 at 8:00 PM, and have been offered discounted group tickets at $27 for 10 or more attendees. If you would like to join us for this evening of theatre, please contact Karen or Winston in the AACT office at 817-732-3177 no later than January 19 to order your ticket(s). They will process your credit card payment, and then AACT will make the group reservations.
