AACTFest 2017: Fees & Registration
Full Festival Registration
The complete AACTFest 2017 experience includes 12 community theatre productions, youth festival, educational workshops, top vendor displays, the design exhibition, social events, sightseeing and networking opportunities, all ending with a festival awards presentation. Performances and all activities are offered in the same complex--offering visitors easy access to hotels, restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
Daily registration is for persons who can only attend the festival one or two days. Daily registration includes the performance session, workshops, vendor exhibits, and after glow party. (Workshops begin Wednesday. After Glows happen after the evening performance sessions on Tuesday-Friday. The Awards Evening on Saturday is not included in the Satuday Daily fee.) Reserve it separately.
Cost is $80 per day ($60 Saturday), and includes includes the performance session, workshops, vendor exhibits, and after glow party. (Workshops begin Wednesday. After Glows happen after the evening performance sessions on Tuesday-Friday. The Awards Evening on Saturday is not included in the Saturday Daily fee.)

All Shows Package ($100)
See all four National Performance Sessions. You will receive an email to chose afternoon or evening for each day, Tuesday-Friday. This option also includes the Youth Performance Sessions. Don't want all shows? Select individual Performance Sessions below.
Workshops & Exhibits Package ($200)
Select up to four workshops Wednesday-Friday (mornings and afternoons) and up to two on Saturday morning. Check out the Vendor and Design Exhibits. Don't want all four days? Offered mornings and afternoons Wednesday-Friday, and Saturday morning. Vendor Exhibits are open Wednesday-Friday. The Design Exhibit and Competition is open Thursday-Saturday. Workshops & Exhibits can also be purchased for $60/day, except Saturday, which is $30.
Parties Package ($50)
Have fun at the Festival Opening Party (Monday 8:30 pm) and the After Glows following the evening performance sessions on Tuesday-Friday.
Awards Evening ($65)
Saturday, July 1, 7:00 pm: Celebrate at the Awards Evening Reception and Show recognizing outstanding National Companies, Youth Companies, Design Exhibits, and the winner of the Monologue Competition. Plus the People's Choice Awards.
Individual Performance Sessions
Each National Company Performance Session (3 shows) is $30. YouthFest sessions (1 show) $10, Saturday YouthFest Session (3 shows) $25.
Adjudication Training is an intensive five days of instruction and practical application that begins on Tuesday, June 27, and continues throughout the festival. Participants will learn the skills of adjudicating and gain practical experience through observing and critiquing the festival shows. Click here for more information, or to register..
Registration for the Monologue Competition can be completed with your online registration or will be available during AACTFest at the AACTFest registration desk in the lobby of the Rochester Civic Theatre. Registration is limited, so early registration is recommended. There is a $20 entry fee.
Community Theatre Management Conference
This educational gathering brings together administrators from all levels of theatre--from the volunteer who "runs things around here" to the "just starting" part-time administrator to the full time professional manager. Learning is through a series of intensive, topic specific, roundtable discussions with participants sharing experiences--both problems and solutions. Participants prioritize and suggest topics through a pre-conference questionnaire.
Transfer/substitution requests are welcome through June 10. Refund, minus a 20% cancellation fee, will be made if cancellation and written request are received by May 31. Note: No refunds on Individual Performance Sessions Tickets.
